TSM Members: Changing your Authorized Repesentative and Adding Additional Contacts

TSM Members and Associate Members that need to make a change in their Authorized Company Representative to the Association or that wish to authorize additonal contacts to receive communications from the Association may do so by completing the form available within the "Join Today" page. The form is in a fillable .pdf format that is best viewed using Adobe Reader.
Additonal Contacts, once authorized will be added to the mailing lists prescribed by the Authorized Company Representative. Additonal contact will also have access to the Associations Members Information Centre (MIC) database.
